Tom, Tim, et al,
With regard to publishing magazines on the net, I would recommend sending
a notice of either each issue or at least the first issue to "alt.zines"
and/or "rec.mag". There are a number of folks in each group who are
tracking small publications and who would be happy to write reviews,
keep contact information, and otherwise generally get the word out to
a wider audience.
I would refer everyone interested also to
file://ftp.msen.com/pub/newsletters/F5-E/
which is "Factsheet Five - Electronic", a 'zine that covers the very small
press and other non-commercial publishing.
